This is a translation. In case of doubt, the Spanish version prevails.

Website owner

Luan Patterns is a website by Ariana Mora, domiciled in Colombia. Contact: arimoweb@gmail.com.

What Luan Patterns is

A tool to turn images into cross stitch patterns, edit them and download them as a PDF, with a catalog of sample patterns. By using it you accept these terms.

Your images

  • Only use your own images or images you have permission to use. You're responsible for respecting the copyright and image rights of what you convert (for example, photos of other people, characters or other people's illustrations).
  • Images are processed on your device: we don't receive or review them.

Patterns

  • The patterns you create from your images are yours. If the image belongs to someone else, its rights remain with its creator.
  • You may use and stitch the catalog patterns for personal use.
  • On-screen colors and thread quantities (skeins) are approximate: compare them with real skeins before buying or stitching.

Trademarks

DMC is a registered trademark of its owner. Luan Patterns is not affiliated with or sponsored by DMC: “DMC-compatible” only means each color has been matched to the closest thread of that range.

Intellectual property of the website

The design, logo, texts and code of Luan Patterns belong to its owner. They may not be copied or distributed without permission.

Liability

The tool is provided as is. We try to keep it working well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We're not responsible for the result of an embroidery or for damages arising from using the website. Since your patterns are stored only in your browser, we recommend downloading as a PDF those you don't want to lose: if you clear your browser data, they're deleted too.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia and any dispute will be settled before its courts, without prejudice to the rights your country's law grants you as a consumer. If paid features are offered in the future, the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) will also apply.
